Overview
Val di Sole, found in Italy’s Trentino region, is a great destination for fans of winter sports. Located in the Western Dolomites, this valley gives you great access to some of the best ski resorts in Italy, which includes Folgarida-Marilleva, Passo Tonale, and Pejo. Together, they make part of the Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta, having over 380 kilometers of skiable landscape. The region has a whopping 115 trails, serviced by 53 lifts, making transportation across these mountains smooth and easy.
Val di Sole caters to all levels of skiers and snowboarders, with a variety of blue, red, and black runs. For the adventurous, the Presena Glacier at Passo Tonale offers year-round skiing and a dramatic high-altitude experience. Snowboarders and freestyle skiers can enjoy the numerous snow parks, while off-piste areas appeal to freeriders looking for fresh powder.
