How to Book

Simply complete the enquiry form and then within 24 hours you will hear from our team we will follow the below steps to help you plan and book your holiday.

Step 1: Your enquiry is allocated to one of our Experts and you will receive an email from them to let you know who is looking after you. We will ask any questions that we might have that we need to clarify from your enquiry to enable us to proceed with your booking.

Step 2: Once we have all the information that we require we will check availability and prepare an itinerary quote for you which will usually include, accommodation, transfers and lift passes.

Step 3:  Once you receive the itinerary quote please let us know if you would like any changes, updates or proceed with the booking. Please note your Itinerary quote will be valid for 7 days only this is due to currency fluctuations, availability and expiration of certain early bird specials if applicable. Your itinerary may still change within this 7-day period; however, our team will advise of any reason why you might need to act quickly.

Step 4: When you are happy with the itinerary quote we will send you a detailed invoice which details the accommodation and services we are booking and request for a 20% deposit of the total booking. Once we receive the deposit we will go ahead secure the accommodation and finalise the confirmation.

Step 5:  Once we have processed your deposit and secured your accommodation, we will then send you two documents, our Japan guide and your resort guide which will detail all the important information that you need to know about Japan and the resort area you are visiting.

At this point we recommend that you review the documents and consider some of the other services that we offer which include JR Passes, City Accommodation, Tours, ski hire and ski lessons etc. We can add these to your original package at any time before you plan to travel.

Our guides provide you with important information to ensure you get the best out of your Japan Ski experience so please take the time to read them and we are happy to assist with any other needs or questions you might have.

Step 6: Once your itinerary is confirmed you will then need to make a final payment which is then generally due 60 days before you travel and once we receive that we will send you a confirmed itinerary and your final receipt with the vouchers attached for all your services. The confirmed itinerary will include all the contact details that you need and accommodation access details, transfer connection information and timetable links. The Vouchers will be for services, transfer and some accommodation types.

Step 7: It's time to enjoy your holiday! We hope you have an unforgettable experience skiing, snowboarding and enjoying the snow with Powder Holidays.
