Overview

Verbier, perched high in the Swiss Alps, is one of Europe’s most iconic ski destinations. Part of the 4 Vallées ski area, it offers access to a vast 410 kilometers of slopes, making it the largest linked ski domain in Switzerland. At its centre, the village sits at 1,500 meters, buzzing with a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. There is a huge network of 80 lifts, including 11 gondolas, the resort makes it easy to explore its varied terrain. Whether you’re a beginner cruising down wide, forgiving slopes, or an expert chasing adrenaline off Mont Fort’s 3,330-meter peak, Verbier has something for everyone. Mont Fort offers not just the highest point in the region but also some of the best off-piste runs and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.

Verbier is equally famous for its après-ski and nightlife. Imagine you’ve just finished a perfect day on the slopes, and you head to Pub Mont Fort or Le Rouge, where the vibe is always lively and social. Dining options are plenty and range from cozy mountain huts serving up traditional Swiss dishes like raclette and fondue, to upscale restaurants with international menus that cater to refined palates. When the night rolls in, Verbier transforms into a playground for partygoers, with nightclubs and chic lounges buzzing well into the early hours.

Getting to Verbier is straightforward, with Geneva Airport just a two-hour drive or train ride away. Whether you’re there for the world-class skiing, the après-ski scene, or the eco-conscious ethos, Verbier delivers an experience that’s as thrilling as it is unforgettable.
