Welcome to Shizukuishi!
The resort is an excellent option for powder lovers with Shizukuishi Snow CAT.
After arriving at your accommodation, settle in and relax. If you want to hit the slopes early the next day its a good chance to organise your rental gear.
Shizukuishi boasts a combination of beautiful natural views of Mt. Iwate, long exciting trails, and superb quality snow thanks to the cold, dry air that blows down from the north.
The 13 scenic trails take full advantage of the natural terrain to provide plenty of variety, with the longest trail stretching to a thigh burning 4,500 m. Free-style skiers will enjoy the intermediate to advanced features in the Easy Park, and children can build up their skills on the fun features in the Childrenâs Ski & Snowboard Park.
