After you land at Narita Airport, please make your way to the Nagano Snow Shuttle Check in counter at Narita airport terminal 2.
The bus is a convenient daily service from Narita Airport to Hakuba.
Please ask our staff about time table.
The Base Fare includes 1 item of luggage per person. This can be a ski/board bag or a suitcase / duffle bag. All luggage in excess of this will be charged. Transfer of all luggage purchased in advance is recommended.

Depart Hakuba today. Affter checking out from your accommodation you will depart Hakuba and transfer to your next destination. There are many options for departing Hakuba, direct airports buses, trains to Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka or Nagoya or a transfer to another ski resort. Please enquire with our friendly staff to organise any transfer you require.

Nagano VIP Shuttle Service is a flexible door to door service Narita Airport to Hakuba. The driver will meet you at the arrivals section of the terminal, with your name on a board. (Please advise flight details)
